These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients of L'Atelier Wellness. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

2. Services

L'Atelier Wellness provides wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Pressotherapy

  • Reiki

All services are provided for relaxation, wellbeing, and non-medical purposes. Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility and Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Bookings and Deposits

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • The remaining balance is payable on or before the appointment.

​

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time

  • If you fail to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the deposit.

6. Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full treatment fees will still apply.

7. Payments

  • Prices are displayed on our website or communicated at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

8. Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Services already provided are non-refundable.

9. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate a session if a client behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or disrespectfully. In such cases, no refund will be given.

10. Liability

  • All treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

  • L'Atelier Wellness will not be liable for any adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
