The Ultimate Facial Reset - SCULPT, LIFT AND DRAIN

This treatment combines TMJ release, facial cupping, maderotherapy (wood therapy), gua sha, and cooling ice globe therapy to help define facial contours, reduce puffiness and fluid retention, reduced fine lines and restore a naturally refreshed appearance.

TMJ Therapy – Jaw Tension & Facial Muscle Relief

TMJ therapy is a specialised facial massage treatment focusing on the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which connects your lower jaw to your skull. Everyday stress, teeth grinding, jaw clenching and muscle tension can contribute to discomfort in the jaw, face, temples and neck.

Using gentle, targeted massage and myofascial release techniques, this treatment aims to relax overworked facial muscles, ease tension and encourage greater comfort and mobility.

Please note: TMJ massage can complement professional care for temporomandibular disorders (TMD), but does not replace dental or medical assessment.

Facial Cupping – Natural Glow & Facial Rejuvenation

Using specially designed small silicone cups, light suction is applied to the skin and the cups are carefully moved across the face and neck.

This technique encourages local circulation and helps reduce temporary fluid-related puffiness, leaving your complexion looking refreshed and revitalised.

Unlike traditional body cupping, facial cupping uses very light suction and continuous movement and does not leave marks on the face.

Facial Maderotherapy – Wood Therapy for Natural Facial Sculpting

This treatment uses specially designed, smooth wooden tools to gently massage and stimulate the face and neck.

Through controlled movements and pressure, facial wood therapy helps ease muscle tension, encourages circulation and supports the movement of excess fluid and a more sculpted-looking facial appearance

Gua Sha Facial Therapy – Sculpting, Relaxation & Radiance

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese massage technique that has become a popular part of Western holistic facial treatments.

Using a smooth, specially shaped stone tool, gentle sweeping movements are performed across the face and neck.

This relaxing technique encourages circulation, helps ease facial tension and supports the movement of excess fluid that contributes to puffiness.

Gua Sha is especially popular for its ability to create a refreshed, naturally sculpted appearance while offering a calming experience.

Ice Globe Therapy – Cooling, Calming & Refreshing

Ice Globe Therapy is a soothing facial treatment using specially designed cold glass globes that glide gently across the skin. The cooling sensation provides a refreshing experience, helping to temporarily reduce the appearance of puffiness and calm the feeling of overheated skin.

Combined with gentle massage movements, ice globes offer a relaxing finishing touch to the facial treatment, leaving the skin feeling refreshed.
